Compliments, Concerns and Complaints

We want to hear from you - your feedback is important to us.

At Waimate High School we endeavour to continually improve on how we do things and this includes; student engagement, student achievement, our culture of learning. In order to do this good communication is important. Therefore if you have any feedback – anything that's on your mind – whether good or bad, compliments or criticisms, we want to hear it. Your insights are critically important, and we want to make sure we're continually raising the bar.

To send us your feedback please email , phone 03 6898920, or send us a letter to Waimate High School, Paul St Waimate, 7924.

Concerns and Complaints

We would much rather be hearing about small concerns before they become big ones. In the first instance we request that you talk with the staff member concerned. If this remains unresolved, or is of a serious nature, then we request that the concern or complaint is made formally, in writing to the appropriate senior member of staff. If you are unsure please address your concern or complaint to the school Principal. The link below will display our school's complaints procedures. These procedures are in place to help ensure all complaints are dealt with in a timely and appropriate manner.
